How Do I Order?
1.) Press the Personalize button above & enter a First Name.
2.) Then press the Preview button to see how your name will be printed on each page
3.) Once you're happy with how everything looks, press Add to Cartand then proceed to checkout to order!
Can You Include a Gift Note?
Yes. You can write a gift note that we will print inside your journal. Under “Add Gift Note & Box”, select “Yes” & then write your gift note. Make your gift note warm & loving. They will read it every time they open their journal! After you write your note, click the preview button to see what it will look like. We will also ship your journal in a beautiful gift box if you select "Yes". Please note we can't add a gift note or box after you place order. We will have to cancel your order & make a new one with the gift note.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Please allow us 3 business days to create your order & ensure everything is perfect before we ship it out (we call this "Production"). Once shipped, your journal will arrive in 1-10 business days depending on the shipping speed you choose at checkout. You can read more about our shipping & delivery times here.
Do You Donate to Charities?
Yes! We love giving back & supporting our local Christian communities. A portion of your order will be donated to a local Christian non-profit charity organization.
Do You Offer Bulk Discounts?
Yes! We offer discounted pricing for orders of at least 5 journals & planners. All journals & planners are eligible for this bulk discount (so you can mix & match to get discount):
Bulk discounts are automatically applied at checkout (no discount codes needed). For orders over 50 journals, we can also customize the journal cover with logos or artwork for your team, company or group.

Can I Return My Order?
Since each item is custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds. However rest assured if you are not satisfied with your order, our support team will go above & beyond help you resolve any order errors or issues. Please note if you want if you want to make a change on an order after it's placed, you will incur a $10 order change fee. So please double check all of your personalization options & shipping info before placing your order.
