Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Don’t fret or worry! Instead of worrying, pray. Let praise and requests shape your worries into prayer. Let God know your concerns.
Speak to Him from the heart just like you would a good friend or a good parent. Before you know it, God’s wholeness and his good for you will come and settle you down.
It’s amazing what happens when Christ displaces your worry!
Fill your mind and mediate on things that are true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, and gracious.
Focus on the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse.
When you can do that, God, who makes everything work together, will truly envelope you in a peace that passes all understanding. Despite what you may be going through, He is able!
Dear Jesus, help me to turn all of my worries and fears over to you. Help me to focus on the ‘haves’ instead of the ‘have nots.’ Create in me a spirit of gratitude and joy to replace my fear and anxiety. AMEN!
