Production & Shipping:
At Paper Sunday, we are proud to be a 100% Made in the USA brand. Our entire production process, from designing the products to sourcing materials and printing, takes place in the USA.
We take pride in creating personalized journals just for you. Since each journal is custom-made to order, we kindly ask for 3-4 business days to carefully craft your journal and ensure it meets our high-quality standards during the production process. We call this time "Production."
After the production phase, the shipping time will depend on the shipping option you select at checkout. Shipping takes an additional 1-5 business days, depending on the delivery method you select at checkout. With standard shipping, most orders arrive within approximately 6-9 business days from the start of production. Expedited and overnight options are also available at checkout.
Orders placed Mon-Fri by 5PM CST will enter production same day. Orders placed after 5PM CST or during the weekend will enter production the next business day (Mon-Fri).
Once your journal has been created, it will be shipped (we call this "Delivery") & arrive in 1-5 business days based on the shipping speed you choose at checkout.
