End user license agreement

This Agreement is between the Owner of the Design (“You”) and Paper Sunday and is entered as of the date of the request. For example, you specifically agree that:

  • You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights to the Design and any and all elements thereof and that the Design will not infringe or violate the rights of any third parties, including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity/privacy, patent, trade secret or confidentiality.
  • You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Paper Sunday and Licensees from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of any breach or any alleged breach of any of the representation and warranties contained herein.
  • No use of “Objectionable Material” shall mean any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortious, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, lewd, profane, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, or in violation of applicable laws including but not limited to state and federal law protecting minors and incompetent persons. Objectionable Material shall also include images that show explicit or pornographic sexual positions or any male or female genitalia.

For Father's Day I made my husband a personalized journal with a picture of our family on the cover. I was able to add whatever text I wanted to the front, and make the spine and back cover look however I wanted as well. It looks AMAZING! The image is not grainy at all. My husband loves it. And the personalized scriptures on each page are so sweet and nice to read through. I love this!
