It may travel far, but it ultimately will turn around and go directly back to the person who spoke it.

I think many of us know what it feels like to carry words that were never meant to define us. Sometimes a comment someone made years ago can stay with us far longer than it should, shaping how we see ourselves or what we believe is possible.
But I'm so thankful that God's truth speaks louder than the words that have wounded us.
Our identity isn't built on other people's opinions or on the hardest chapters of our stories. In Christ, we are loved, redeemed, and invited to keep growing in the freedom He gives us.
That doesn't mean painful experiences disappear overnight. It means we don't have to let them have the final say. We can bring our hurts to God, ask the Holy Spirit to guide us, and keep returning to the truth of who He says we are.
