What has you worried today?

Are you struggling with a to-do list that keeps getting longer? Or is it something that is completely out of your control?

God reassures us that He knows the outcome of this life. His Word stands firm. He is still in control, even when things in our lives seem to spiral out of control.

When we face deep disappointment and hurt, we may question God and struggle with why He allowed such a thing to happen.

But He desires that we trust Him, remembering that we cannot rely on our own understanding.

Our hope and trust are to be in and through Him because He knows the exact details of our lives.

That doesn't mean our pain is any less, but it means we can trust that God never ceases to be God.

Therefore, we can measure our pain against His truth and not the opinions of others. When we allow His Word to guide us, we can have comfort, peace, and hope amid our trials and suffering.

Prayer: Thank you, Lord, for your incredible love toward me. Please help me to trust you through this dark and difficult time. Heal my heart, Jesus. Amen.
