So, you see the Lord knows how to rescue godly people from their trials even while keeping the wicked under punishment until the day of final judgment.

- 2 Peter 2:9

Is there something you struggle to overcome? Is there a particular sin or thought that keeps reoccurring in your life?

God is able to provide you a way out from the temptation!

It might feel like a constant battle, but it is one you can overcome with Christ’s help.

It might be unpleasant to think about, but we will each account for what we have done, whether good or bad, one day.

If you realize there is an area of your life where you have fallen short, ask God for forgiveness.

Go to Him in prayer, relying on Him to direct your path.

Seek His ways above your own. Then ask Him for the grace to completely follow Him.

Lord, I ask you today to help me follow you. Please give me the strength to overcome the temptations and trials that the enemy hurls at me. Please help me be victorious over those things that draw my attention away from your best for me. Help me be your good and faithful servant. Amen.
