What happens when you feel fear?
Do you want to flee, or do you freeze? Are your fears the unfounded lies of the enemy?
So often, those things that cause us fear are untruths we tell ourselves or those whispered by the enemy.
Allowing those feelings to creep up can cause us to worry. Those fears can even cause us to ignore or put off what scares us.
But God wants us to put our trust in Him, desiring that we lean on Him for all the tasks He has called us to do.
As you begin your day today, is there something God is calling to you that you don’t feel strong enough or intelligent enough to handle?
Whatever you are putting off or ignoring because of fear, God is able to do far above all we ask or can imagine.
In our weakness, He is strong!
Prayer: Dear Jesus, please be with me today and help me to rest in you. Remove any negative and false thoughts thrown at me by the enemy. Amen.
