The Lord is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation; this is my God, and I will praise him, my father's God, and I will exalt him.

Worry says, "Look at this circumstance or problem. It is too big and impossible to solve."

But God's Word tells us to look to Him because He is our strength. He calls us to trust Him and remember that difficulties and worries may weigh our hearts, but He alone is our refuge and strength!

Lean into Him and His Word.

Recall His promises because He will empower you to handle each concern.

When doubts and fears creep into your day, answer them with the hope you have in Christ. The hope of eternity will help you deal with the struggles you are facing right now. Sin has tarnished the way things should be.

But you can take heart because Christ has overcome the world. He gives you hope and a purpose. So call on Him today, remembering that He desires to meet you right where you are.

Remember, God is doing a new thing in you daily! He desires that you trust Him to provide for you and lead you in His ways.

Prayer: Dear Jesus, thank you for being my comforter and ever-present help. Give ear to my prayers and guide me through this difficult time. Amen.
