For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

The first mention in the Bible of God loving us, is when he gave his one and only son.

When you truly love, you give.

You give yourself, your time, and your emotion, to that which you love.

We love God because he loved us first. He led by example and we should do the same.

Lead by example in every area of your life. In your family. Your career. Your church, etc.

Love others the way that God has called us to. And, love yourself.

If God loves you then you should love you. You are fearfully and wonderfully made.

And Jesus thought that so much that he gave his life for you.

Father, Thank you for loving me. Thank you for the example that you have shown. Help me to love myself and all those connected to me. When others look upon me, let them see you. When others are hard to love, give me the grace to love them more.
