Refuse to worry about tomorrow, but deal with each challenge that comes your way, one day at a time. Tomorrow will take care of itself.  - Matthew 6:34 (TPT)

Refuse to worry about tomorrow, but deal with each challenge that comes your way, one day at a time. Tomorrow will take care of itself.

- Matthew 6:34 (TPT)

Just take one day at a time.

Do you have a tendency to look far into the future and worry?

God designed us to live one day at a time.

Since God created time itself, He is able to function outside of time. Present, past and future.

For us, however, He designed us to dwell and operate in established time frames because He knew that is what we could handle in our human state.

In addition, God desires that we stay present with Him each day.

He longs for us to engage with His presence in the present moment.

Our minds sometimes forget that God is always with us.

We may feel alone as we face looming mountains of uncertainty in our circumstances, but thankfully, we can rest assured and be reminded that the Lord goes before us, and has made a path for us.

Since He is outside of time, God is already present in your tomorrow, giving you no reason to worry!

Today, go through your agenda by staying present with God in His presence. He has promised to stay by your side and face every challenge with you. Know that He is for you, with you and holding you in the palm of His hand!

“Lord, thank you that you go before me and I don’t have to worry about my tomorrow. Help me to take one day at a time and stay present in your presence.”

With Love,
Paper Sunday

Such a timely message, especially as I face the aging of both me and my husband. God has our tomorrows, whatever they may bring. Enjoy the present and His presence.
