Because you are my helper, I sing for joy in the shadow of your wings.
- Psalm 63:7
What confidence we can have knowing He is our helper!
Think back to a time when someone helped you with something. It can be anything. How did it make you feel?
When people sincerely help us, we feel cared for, loved, and valued.
Know that the Lord is your forever and greatest helper.
He is always available to help you, to comfort you, to come to your aid, and to counsel you.
He watches over you as you pursue your calling and step onto the path He’s set before you.
He does not stand on the side in silence, hoping you will fall, no! He is cheering you on, ready to jump in when you trip and catch you before placing you back on your feet.
Whether you realize it or not, there have been many times where the Lord has helped you. It could have been through a caring neighbor, a loved one, a friend or even a stranger. All those times when there seemed to be no way, He still made one. Even when it felt like no one was there to support you, He was there cheering you on.
Today, have confidence and peace knowing the Lord is your helper. You are protected under the shadow of His wings, where you can be carefree under His abundant care for you. Sing to Him and shout praises of joy to His name.
Prayer: Lord, I thank you that I can walk safely under the shadow of your wings. You protect me and watch over me, even when I feel like no one is there. Thank you for always being my helper and constant companion. I choose to sing songs of joy to you today as I walk with you.
With Love,
Sarah Sherstad

Please lift us and our community in prayer ~ as of last Monday evening we were evacuated from our homes due to the raging South Fork Fire in Ruidoso, New Mexico.
We are safe and so grateful to have our motor home and be able to stay this next week in a KOA Campground facility — so many are sleeping in their cars ….at this point we have precarious hope of our home still standing. ~. so we know with confidence that the Lord will lead us in find a New Plan B.
Thank you for covering us with loving prayers
