What has been your narrative? What stones have you been carrying? What broken pieces have you acquired over time? What toxic truths have you adopted as your own? Whose mirror are you looking into?

When we look at ourselves, we tend to see our deficiencies.

All the time spent, and emotion invested most often in the lies we have convinced ourselves of.

The enemy wants to distract us and keep us focused on the image we have adopted rather than the person God created.

God called you by who you are to him. He knew you and approved you. Friend, just imagine God standing there admiring His work and glory. He saw everything that he made. God is all knowing. He is omniscient. He formed us and new us before the world did! Do you know what that means for us? It means that he knew our humanity and how it would shape us and in spite of it all He still approved of us and loves us!

• He knows the trauma and your testimony.
• He knows the pain and your perseverance.
• He knows the sadness and your strength.
• He knows the brokenness and your blessing.
• He knows the valley and your victory.

You are not defined by the “The” in your life! You have not been forsaken or forgotten! God saw everything and he approved of you and said you are good! Receive it! Believe it!

Prayer: I lift up shouts of joy to you Lord for I am loved and redeemed by your grace and mercies that are made new each day! You knew me and saw me as I was meant to be! I praise you Lord because I am fearfully and wonderfully made by you. How comforted and relieved I feel having the reassurance that you hear me, see me, meet me where I am and still approve of me. Praise the Lord!
