Have you been hurting? Are you grieving the loss of someone or something?

Maybe you feel anxious or at a loss over the direction your life has taken. Perhaps you’re trying to forgive something you can’t forget.

Beloved friend, take hold of the Lord’s invitation to you. Don’t let go of His hand.

He is able to carry your weight. He is able to carry the weight of that situation. He is able to carry the weight of what has yet to be resolved.

Keep holding fast because He is able. There is a blessing that can be found in the broken.

Let him carry you through the process of your pain. He assures you that he will strengthen you and by His strength you will persevere. Through the pain He will give you new perspective.

New perspective will open the eyes of your heart to a fresh hope and possibility.

God can turn your pain into purpose. He works all things for your good, not for harm or evil. There is peace, possibility and purpose in Him.

In this declaration, God is emphatically inviting us to lean on Him and trust His word. He is Jehova Nissi.

Prayer,
Lord, you knew how life would shape me, every up and down, every fault and frailty, yet you still choose me and promise to rescue me and not forsake me. Hear my cry! Help me to believe and trust your possible in my impossible. I invite your Holy Spirit with open arms into my life and I declare Gods authority over my mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. Take hold of me Lord. I am yours.
