Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
- Matthew 11:28 KJV
Rest in Hebrew means to be still, to be quiet, to be calm.
Free from worry, anxiety, and the stress of everyday life.
When you go to Jesus, he gives you rest.
He’s calling you unto himself!
He said that he will make a way for you and all things work for your good.
So rest assured knowing if God brought you to it he’ll bring you through it.
This rest doesn’t mean to take a break or to cease from your work. Rather, to continue your work in a peace that surpasses all understanding…knowing that God can and will make a way where there seems to be no way!
Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you that you have called me unto yourself. I thank you that I may rest in you. I know that if you are at the center of my life then all things will work out the way you ordained them to.
I give you my anxiety, fear, doubt, worry, and stress. I place it at your feet and I enter into your rest.
In Jesus Name I pray,
Amen
With Love,
Corrin Hallett
