Kristi Briggs Bio

Jesus took hold of Kristi’s heart when she was 9 years old, and she is more in love with Him today than ever! In addition to being in love with Jesus, Kristi deeply loves Jody, her husband of 28 years, and her three kids—Collin, Lauren, and Gretchen.

After more than 20 years as a full-time homemaker, Kristi went back to school to work on a Master’s Degree in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary. In addition to part-time school, Kristi also works part time at DTS in the Spiritual Formation Department.

Kristi loves to study God’s Word—especially with other women. She has a passion for teaching women how to dig in deep to Scripture and never be satisfied with being “spoon-fed” God’s Word. Kristi has written several Bible studies and enjoys teaching.

Her favorite activities are coffee with friends, reading, gardening, cheering for Texas Tech football & basketball, and more coffee with friends!
