Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, and you are exalted as head above all.

The Lord spoke to my heart and simply just wanted me to acknowledge his glory.

God says “I am who I am”.

He encourages us to draw near to him. He is calling us to call on him.

He is our creator, provider, protector, comforter, healer, waymaker, restorer, savior… God is everything that was and is and is good for us.

But He is a God deserving of praise that far exceeds what he can do for us and what our thoughts and feelings may limit him too.

There will be moments when God simply just wants us to be with him because of him.

Acknowledging who he is to us and take time to separate that from what he has done for us.

It’s a different kind of intimacy and gratitude and love that is expressed during those shared moments when you are soaking in the presence of His character and unconditional love and giving him praise and honor and thanks for just being himself.

There’s a reverential respect that can be found in those moments as well when we recognize the magnitude of glory that is beyond what we can fathom yet by faith we believe and appreciate that he has adopted us by open invitation to have these moments with him.

So let us give thanks to the God of Gods and Lord of Lords for His loving kindness continues forever!

Praise him who alone does mighty miracles, who made the heavens and planted water within the earth. The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.

Praise Him, who alone, examines my heart and knows everything about me; when I sit or stand, who can hear each tear that falls and when far away you know my every thought. This is too glorious and too wonderful that I can never be lost to your Spirit.

How precious is it Lord to realize that you are thinking about me constantly and simply just want to spend time with me and love me. Your name, O Lord, is worthy of all glory and worship upon my lips. I lift my praises to you as rivers of living water flow from the inner most reservoirs within me. You are most holy and by your sacrifice and in your grace we are given the privilege to enter into the Holy of Holies and stand in the midst of your fragrance as it fills the room. For this and so much more, Lord, My God and My Father I praise you.

Give thanks to the God of Gods and Lord of Lords for His loving kindness, power, glory and kingdom will reign forever and ever!
