For God did not give you​ a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love, and of self-discipline.

Have you ever felt an urging to do something, but you don’t think you have what it takes?

As God’s child, He calls you to live fully dependent on Him. He doesn’t want us to be fearful or lacking in courage.

Because we have His Holy Spirit living in us, we are equipped to do His good will.

When God calls us to action, we don’t have to be afraid. He will give us everything we need.

We can boldly share His love, because we are equipped with His power.

When temptations come, we can resist them, because we know the benefits of living according to God’s Word.

When we have the Holy Spirit living and working in us; we have God’s power abiding in us. ​

The more we get to know Christ, the more we can trust Him to equip us for anything He may ask of us.

Today: What is God asking you to do for Him today, that only He can equip you to do?

Can you trust that His power and love are working through you to accomplish it?
