Deer gently drinking from a stream

Daily Devotional • Isaiah 55:1 • Come and Be Filled

Isaiah 55:1 is a beautiful invitation from God to come to Him with every need, burden, and longing. In a world that constantly leaves us striving for more, God offers living water that truly satisfies our souls. His grace is freely given, and His presence is where lasting peace is found.

Is anyone thirsty? Come and drink– even if you have no money! Come, take your choice of wine or milk– it’s all free!

- Isaiah 55:1

All of God’s amazing gifts are completely free, given to you!

Just as we need food, drink and nutrition every day to feed our bodies so we can thrive, we also need the spiritual nutrition that comes from the Lord.

We need His mercy, His grace, His love, His kindness, His peace, His joy, His freedom, His guidance and His strength every day.

All of these things are free gifts He has given you. You don’t need to perform, pay for them, work for or earn them, but just freely accept and receive them daily.

To add to these, He has also given you the wonderful free gift of salvation when Christ died on the cross. You don’t need money to pay a price for what you need, because Jesus already paid it for you!

Are you thirsty and in need of something today?

God is inviting you into the Secret Place with Him, where He can bless you abundantly with the feast of His gifts. God has everything you need, and He’s withholding nothing from you, but offering everything!

Say yes to this invitation, seeking His face and resting in His presence!

Prayer: “Lord, thank you for all your free gifts! How wonderful they are! Help me to receive and access these free blessings daily and never take them for granted. Only in you, can I find everything I need.

With Love,

Message from Kara

Friend, I think so many of us carry hidden exhaustion from constantly trying to keep up, hold everything together, or search for fulfillment in places that leave us empty. Isaiah 55:1 is such a gentle reminder that God never asks us to earn His love or arrive perfectly put together. He simply invites us to come. My prayer is that today you’ll give yourself permission to slow down, breathe deeply, and let His presence refresh your heart again. With love, Kara 🤍
