“Be present” is a phrase we see and hear a lot these days. We have so many distractions in the forms of phones, tablets, social media, over full schedules and more.
It is far too easy to be in the same space as others, but not engage with them at all.
This failure to be truly present can be so damaging to our relationships.
Our relationship with God is the most important one we have, and I would argue often suffers the most neglect due to distractions.
Creating boundaries and practices that keep us present with the Lord every day is critical to our spiritual growth and health.
Praising God daily keeps you present with Him daily.
