You dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you, is greater than the one who is in the world.
- 1 John 4:4
The world is full of uncertainty and difficulties.
We do not know what each day might bring.
But God tells us that it is His desire that we trust Him no matter what may come at us.
In the face of great pain and suffering, we may question God and wonder how He can possibly expect us to trust Him or trust that He is truly a good God.
But here’s the deal - God promises that He will see us through it. He is with us, for us and abiding in us.
He tells us that while the things the enemy throws in our path can be overwhelming and horribly difficult, He is stronger and greater than the enemy.
Therefore, we can trust Him, and have hope because He has already overcome this world.
What ways is God asking you to trust Him today?
With Love,
Paper Sunday

He is asking me to trust him with my adult children. He also wants me to trust him with our desires to leave our current stay. His ways are above my ways and he is much more smarter than I. Beautiful devotional today. Thank you!
